    Bought the book and it is very good and clear…for wine newbies and more knowledgeable connoisseurs alike I’d say…really like the wine wheels, I think they are excellent.

    Raupo Creek - denser, richer,broody, definitely funky, packed with chewy dark fruit and fumes of bitter-edged spice. Top Gevrey style in 10.

    .. If you wanted to get all Burgundian, Tatou is taut, scented yet mineral, very Savigny 1er Cru-ish, led by acid, stony Wairau at its best.
