Oz will be in conversation with Charles Simpson, who, wih his wife Ruth, owns Domaine de Sainte Rose in Languedoc-Roussillon where they have been making award-winning wine for fourteen years. In 2014 they established a new vineyard and winery project in Barham, Kent.
