2004 Sauvignon Blanc, Adelaide Hills,
Adelaide Hills is an expensive place to grow grapes, so the Co-op has done really well in seeking out this mouthwatering but gentle Sauvignon, with its bright melon, apple flesh and pear fruit and mild lemon acidity and mineral rasp.
