If you’re after a nice, delicate, bone dry sipping pink – this isn’t it.
It’s not delicate, it’s not bone dry, it’s not for sipping – but it is pink and it is nice. Pretty fruity stuff, this, partly because they’ve thrown in a little Muscat juice to jazz it up, and partly because the full-on Shiraz provides the bulk of the rest. Chill it right down – and it’s a good drink. If you still find it a bit much – add some sparkling water and an ice cube.
