Wine of the Week

5th March 2007

2004 Grenache, Lime Tree, Murray-Darling, South-Eastern Australia, £4.49, Co-op

If you want beautiful great gobfuls of juicy red fruit soaked in alcohol, Australian Grenache is the place to start. It comes in more powerful versions than this, but look at the price. And this has got great chunks of squashy strawberry fruit and a touch of herbs too.
