Sauvignon-Semillon is the famous Bordeaux white bland of grapes, but you could just as well say it's the famous Margaret River blend because they do it equally effectively in the far west of Australia. This is the bone dry but full textured, less aggressive than a New Zealand or South African Sauvignon, with an appetizing smell of coffee bean and blackcurrant leaf and a mellow nutty flavour tinged with leather to soften the zesty, citrus snap.
