Wine of the week | Retailer of the month | Tasting with Oz 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé, San Medín, Miguel Torres, Curicó Valley, Chile 13.5% ABV Waitrose, £5.69 Great grape, great winemaker – and this wine’s for drinking, not philosophizing. Even so, for a rosé, it’s bulging, it’s rippling with blackcurrant fruit and strawberry syrup. Rich but balanced and good. Very tasty.
