2000 Squinzano Rosso, Cantine
Due Palme, Puglia, Italy
£6.95, La Réserve
Don't you love that name?
Squinzano! God, I got Squinzano'd last night. A great name for a glugging red.
And it's a smashing glugger with an interesting flavour of kitchen spice and
slightly overcooked coconut flapjacks thrown together with sweet dates and
rosehip scent. Squinzano, anyone?
